Darwin Laksa Festival - Litchfield Swim & Laksa Lunch
In collaboration with Finniss River Lodge we have created an experience to celebrate the Darwin International Laksa Festival! The Litchfield Swim & Laksa Lunch, will deliver expert level views of the popular waterfalls of Litchfield National Park from above and allow you to cool off in your own private waterfall then relax at Finniss River Lodge with Head Chef Lachlan Raineri’s interpretation of a Top End Laksa!
During the month of October the Top End is literally bursting with amazing Laksa lunches and experiences to tantalise your taste buds! Explore the beauty of Litchfield National Park and join us for a delightful day of adventure, relaxation, and culinary indulgence on our, "Litchfield Swim & Laksa Lunch Tour". To begin with, departing from Darwin, we overfly Litchfield National Park waterfalls including, Wangi, Florence, Tolmer, Sandy Creek and The Cascades. Furthermore, we land at Sandy Creek Falls where you can cool off in the rock pools and explore this secluded piece of paradise.
Afterward, following a morning of adventure, we land at Finniss River Lodge. Nestled on a 50,000-acre family owned and operated outback cattle station, Finniss River Lodge offers authentic Territory style hospitality. Moreover, you’ll enjoy some of the finer things in life, including a gourmet Laksa lunch accompanied by beverages, all expertly prepared by their talented head chef, Lachlan Raineri.
